About

I am a psychotherapist. I am a caste, queer and neurodivergent affirmative practitioner. I draw from the narrative approach to therapy along with ethics of the and trauma-informed approach. I use social justice lens in my work as well. For me, therapy is creating a safe space collaboratively with my clients where they can express their deepest desires and/or concerns. Within this relational crucible, we allow these desires and concerns to loiter, understanding their roots in the past and their manifestations in the present. This process becomes an intricate dance, revealing the complex interplay between the client's internal world, their relational patterns and the impact of the broader socio-political context on their psyche. Through this, we aim to construct a life with more meaning.
