About:
Divya Nagnoor is a Counseling Psychologist with an affinity towards literature and arts. She has completed a 100-hour certification in Expressive Arts in Therapy, as well as a Globally accredited certification in Transactional Analysis 101. Her vision - to create Mental Health a space where seeking help is normalized, and to spread awareness in all corners. Being aware of the lack of adequate infrastructure in Mental Health, she decided to start her own Mental Health Organization called The 'I' Hypothesis. Divya is also a co-founder for Trifecta Psychology, an organization which works in creating awareness and facilitating workshops for educational institutions as well are corporates on topics relating to Mental Health and Soft Skills.
