About
Come and Share" is a dedicated platform focused on advancing mental wellbeing and fostering emotional resilience. I am Tannu Kapila, and with over a decade of experience in the field, I have committed myself to the mental health and personal development of students and parents too . My journey as a school counselor has provided me with deep insights into the unique challenges faced by young minds today.
In addition to my counseling work, I serve as a master trainer with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), where I facilitate training programs and workshops for students across India. These initiatives are designed to equip them with essential life skills, coping mechanisms, and the ability to navigate the complexities of adolescence with confidence and resilience.
At "Come and Share," our mission is to create a supportive and nurturing environment where individuals can openly discuss their mental health concerns and find the guidance they need to thrive. Through interactive sessions, personalized counseling, and comprehensive training programs, we aim to empower students, educators, and parents alike, fostering a community that prioritizes mental wellbeing and holistic growth.
