I am associated with this field for the past 7 years.I am RCI lisenced Clinical Psychology Associate from SGT Hospital, Gurgaon.My previous education including Bachelor's with Pschology Honours from Panjab University, Chandigarh and Masters in Science (M.Sc) Clinical Psychology from Christ University, Delhi NCR. My expierence and knowledge comes from both goverment and private organisations. My specialisation majorly lies with young adults and adults focusing on self-improvement,relationships,proffessional and career stress, anxiety and mood dysregulation issues.
