About
I'm a counseling psychologist with more than 6 years of experience.My areas of expertise are in the field of stress, relationships, parenting, children, work life balance and addiction. I have experience in conducting personal and group sessions for children and adults. I have conducted awareness programs and workshops have been conducted in various schools as well as de-addiction centers in Bangalore. I currently work as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Indian Institute of Psychology and Research. I have previously worked for a year as a Behavioral Counselor at one of the leading corporate mental health provider organization named Optum Health India. I have also worked as an independent counselor in the city of Trivandrum for a year.With experience, I have fine tuned his skills as a counseling psychologist.
