About
I am a Counselling Psychologist and Lifeskills trainer. I have completed my Masters in Counselling Psychology from Sampurna Institutes of Advanced Studies, Bangalore. I had previously done my Lifeskills Training from Muktha Foundation. I also did my Diploma in Counselling Skills and Post Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy from Banjara Academy. I blend different approaches depending on what is best suited for the clients, as I believe that each individual is unique and a blend of approaches allows me to work with a diverse crowd and various issues. But, I do naturally Gravitate towards Humanistic approaches as it views individuals from a holistic point of view and I also make use of Positive Psychology. I have experienced working with adults, adolescents and children through all the training programs and practice. I am currently pursuing my further studies and offering freelance counselling. I am fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Punjabi and Kannada.
