About
I am a certified professional Counsellor with a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology. I am also a certified Neuro Linguistic Practitioner and Master Hypnotist and practitioner of Self- Hypnosis.
I have Co-Founded SafeRealm- Online Counselling Services. I have previously worked with some of the New Delhi's top schools, as a School Counsellor.
I have an extensive experience in conducting Individual as well as Group therapy sessions with wide variety of clients from an array of backgrounds- students, peers, guardians, parents, adolescents, adults, LGBTQ+. I take keen interest in Adolescent and Youth Mental Health.
I am well versed in theroretical counselling approaches and their application to real life settings, and utilise an ecclectic approach in my practice.
Through Counselling, I wish to help my clients to develop self- awareness and a positive self- regard, thereby also maximising their sense of empowerment and enhancing the reach of Mental Health Support.
