About
Psychiatrist and Therapist with 20 years of Experience, including 6 years in NHS, UK as a Consultant Psychiatrist.
My therapy involves an asessment to find out the disorder in emotions, thinking and/or Behavior that needs to be addressed. Simultaneously, I assess whether the subjects are capable of involving themselves in therapy, which can be intensive, active, painful and ego hurtful at times.
After an assessment which may lst 2-4 sessions, I can reach a diagnostic formulation and if appropriate begin therapy.
Therapy is of many different kinds and I offer what I believe will be the most suitable for you at the stage of life that one is at.
Therapy takes a long time and if you are willing to work hard, it may take 6 months on weekly sessions.
