About

I have always been inclined towards the field of psychology and after studying psychology for around 10 years, combined with various internships and exposure to different areas of psychology, I have narrowed my specialization in the field of Child and Parenting Psychology. I have completed my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Hons) and my Masters in Counselling Psychology. 

During my education, I was part of a franchise called Brighter Minds, where I facilitated a program that promotes whole-brain development. The result of this program led to children becoming more emotionally integrated, observant, perceptive and intuitive. It also played a significant role in memory enhancement. I started working in the franchise and eventually moved on to manage it.  Aside from this, I have also done several different internships with various mental health centers around Delhi NCR and worked under different child psychologists in hospitals and clinics. 

While I was doing my masters I somehow felt like something was missing in my education, which is what led to me pursue the Cognitive Hypnotic Coaching and NLP course offered by ICHARS. It is a therapeutic model that combines all the strengths of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Therapy, and Clinical Hypnosis, to create a brief and solution-focused model for therapy. 

I am now also collaborating with House of Health as part of their team to raise awareness of mental health and reduce the stigma towards it in India. I am also part of the core team of GLOW (Genuine, Loving, Outstanding, Women), wherein my role is to write blogs for the workshops and sessions they hold online.

I am a Heartfulness Practitioner and a Polarity healer and my ultimate aim is to combine the various therapeutic and alternate healing techniques to create a long-lasting transformation in a client's life.
