About
The main goal is to provide a platform to increase an understanding of our own mind and facilitate growth & coping mechanism to overcome emotional/behavioural difficulties.
Mindward is a centre for facilitating care and understanding for mental health needs and concerns of all individuals. It was co-founded by clinical psychologists Ms. Mahika Sharma and Ms. Madhuri Jain, both alumni of the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS), Delhi University. It is grounded in their shared vision to meet the mental health and personal growth needs of individuals, families and organizations through ethically driven, cost efficient and empirically informed assessment and intervention (including therapy, workshops and group discourses) services provided by a team of trained, experienced and registered mental health professionals.
OUR VISION
Normalizing mental health concerns, providing readily available help and catering to the psychological health needs of all individuals (children, adolescents, adults) and family members through our ethically driven and cost effective approaches.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to create a platform to ensure that equal significance is given to concerns of emotional, behavioural, psychological or psychiatric difficulties as one gives to physical health concerns. Our constant effort is to generate public awareness, study patterns of help-seeking and available sources of professional help and consistently increase our outreach capacity.
While ensuring a harmonious and taboo-free platform, our interventions are implemented only after thorough planning and subject to constant review. Our team comprises of trained and qualified professionals in the field of human psychology and the emotional, behavioural and lifestyle related difficulties faced by most individuals. While taking advantage of our training and theoretical knowledge we endeavor to use evidence-based approaches in psychotherapy and group therapy interventions.
