I have completed my Post Graduation in Psychology from University of Calcutta. I also did Certificate course on Psychiatric Counseling as well as Tele-counselling from Indian Psychoanalytical Society, Basic Certificate course on Graphology from Mind Zone, Psychodynamic course from Crystal Minds, Career Coach Certification from Career Council of India & PosiTips Cafe India Pvt. Ltd., Intensive Training Course on SFBT from ASFAR, Colour Therapy course from Emojar. I have participated, moderated and presented research papers in various seminars, workshops and conferences across the country. I also have some published articles and write-ups on social and mental health issues at the national and international level. I have worked in reputed organizations like Techno India Group of Public School, Seva Kendra Calcutta as Counsellor. I am presently associated with Eastern Zonal Psychological Association as Online Psychologist, with Indian Psychoanalytical Society as Tele-counsellor, with Manav Zameen Foundation as Coordinator in Research & Training Wings, a Guest Faculty in Indian Research Institute of Integrated Medicine, as Online Psychologist with MeetCounsellor, Spark.Live, AskVaidya and with UI Forum as Division Director. I am presently the Joint Assistant Treasurer of the Eastern Zonal Psychological Association, Advisor at Jax Foundation and Life Associate Member of Indian Psychiatric Society. Apart from these I am also a member of National Academy of Psychology, Indian School Psychology Association, Indian Psychoanalytical Society. In this pandemic situation, I have extended my support to volunteer as an IAHP task force of Psychologists from West Bengal state. Some of my areas of interest are Adult and Adolescent Counselling, Psychodynamic Study, Graphology, Classroom Management, Relaxation Techniques, Colour therapy, Play therapy and many more.
