Ms. Minu Joshi is a Counseling Psychologist, LIFE Coach (ICF, USA), Therapeutic Intervention Skills Professional, NLP Trainer, Clinical Hypnotherapist, REBT Therapist, MBA (HRM) and a Learner of Indian Philosophy & Wisdom (LPSG group). She carries 17 years of rich experience.

She is also Founder and Director of Titiksha- the fortitude.

We call our practice “Titiksha” because we help build this quality of even mindedness and calmness, and reach deeper into our own reservoir of excellence. It is a journey, starts from will power to inner strength. Through our practices, we help individuals to realize their unlimited potential and build the life with which they can find deeper meaning for themselves, identify strengths, reinforce enduring human values and craft successful and meaningful “Self”. Titiksha is a quality of nature itself, which takes all in its stride and never stops growing and thriving – we develop the same in all the lives we touch!

With this commitment; she is humbly rendering the services of counseling/ coaching/ training to a large number of individuals as well as institutions like: TATA Cancer Hospital, Mumbai and Maharashtra Police, Traffic Police, Police Cricket Team, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporations, Income Tax Office, BMC, Government Hospitals, Sakal International Learning Centre (SAKAL Media Group), Large Corporate Houses, Educational Institutes, etc.

Recently, she also concluded a project with GATES foundation in capacity of a Coach to the Women Leaders of Maharashtra. She has also been consulting at various NGOs.

“Titiksha” amalgamates the greater paradigm of Psychology with Life Coaching and Indian Living Philosophy and has been contributing towards human evolution and creating positive changes in lives of people.
