About
With an MA and MPhil in Clinical Psychology and certification as a Clinical Trauma Specialist (Individual) from the Arizona Trauma Institute, I bring over six years of experience working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families through their journeys of healing and wellness.
My practice is grounded in a trauma-focused lens and a queer-affirmative approach, ensuring that all clients—regardless of their identities or backgrounds—feel seen, respected, and valued. I have supported individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, and identity exploration. I offer therapy in English and Hindi, both online and in-person (Bengaluru-based).
Guided by the core values of compassion, respect, and non-judgment, I strive to be an empathetic witness and co-traveler in each client’s path toward healing and growth. My therapeutic approach draws from narrative therapy, emotion-focused work, and somatic perspectives, tailored to suit each client’s unique needs and pace.
In our initial sessions, I focus on understanding your story and building a foundation of trust and safety. As we move forward, our work together will involve deepening self-awareness, exploring patterns that no longer serve you, and supporting you in making meaningful, empowered choices for your life.
