About
I am a government (Rehabilitation Council of India ) licensed Clinical Psychologist with an MPhil in Clinical Psychology from Gwalior Mansik Arogyashala, Madhya Pradesh. My mission is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with compassion and clarity. Using an eclectic, evidence-based approach , I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Behavioral Therapy within a trauma-informed framework to support deep and lasting healing. With extensive experience supporting both adults and children facing a wide range of challenges—including anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship difficulties, personality disorders, behavioral concerns, addiction, emotional struggles, autism, ADHD and other behavioral and emotional issues in children - my approach is rooted in empathy, professionalism, and personalized care , ensuring that each individual receives the support they need to thrive.
