Hello! I'm Harshmeet, a dedicated Psychologist. In my mission to nurture individuals of all ages through life's challenges, I specialize in healing depression, trauma, anxiety, and relationship struggles with therapeutic modalities including cognitive, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches. Embracing an eclectic approach, I tailor holistic healing journeys for each unique individual.
