About
I am Counselling Psychologist trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) and Trauma Focused Therapy. I have completed my Bachelors and Masters in Psychology and Post Graduate Diplomas in Guidance and Counselling & Trauma Focused Therapy. I have 3+ years of experience in dealing with mental health concerns related to anxiety, depression, stress, procrastination, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships and trauma-related concerns.
My approach to therapy is rooted in integrating cognitive behaviour techniques along with trauma-focused modalities including IFS-informed and somatic work. Additionally, my practice is strongly rooted in the belief that authenticity, safety and respect are transformatory tools in the therapeutic journey, essential to create a more empowered and meaningful life.
