About
Hello, I’m Chinmayi, a counseling psychologist. I am passionate about helping clients with concerns related to anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, and grief learn how to manage anxiety, overthinking, and stress, build a positive self-image, explore their beliefs, and help them recognize, accept, and regulate their feelings, which also helps them build efficient, communicative skills. Most of my practice focuses on these concerns, and the approach I use is eclectic in nature, wherein I integrate aspects of cognitive therapy and transactional analysis while focusing on the here and now that together form tailored solutions to cater to the unique areas you wish to work on.
