Dr. Anand Thaman is a Licenced Clinical & Rehabilitation Psychologist, having more than 14 years of experience in this field. He did his Post graduation in psychology from Annamali University in 2002, M.Phil (General Psychology) from S.V. University Tirupati (2010) and M.Phil (Clinical Psychology) from Ranchi Institute of Neuro-Psychiatry & Allied Sciences (RINPAS) in 2023. He earned Doctorate in Psychology from Punjabi University, Patiala in 2020.

He also did post graduate diplomas in Guidance and Counselling (2004), Clinical Psychology (2005); Forensic Science (2008) and Rehabilitation Psychology (2011).  He also qualified UGC NET in Psychology in 2012 and HTET in 2013.  He is always a keen learner and actively participated in more than 30 national and international conferences/ seminars/ workshops including presentation of paper/poster in 5 conferences.  He also took training in psychometry and therapies from NIEPD and CIP during his career.   He has 4 paper publications in peer reviewed journals to his credit.
