About

I'm a trauma-informed, queer-affirmative therapist, and I work with individuals between the ages of 17 and 50. My approach blends Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic (Body-Based) Awareness, and Parts Work—but more than techniques, I bring curiosity, warmth, and a deep respect for your story.

I see therapy as a space where you can slow down and reflect, not with judgment, but with the kind of child-like curiosity that makes room for self-compassion and healing. Our work isn’t just about gaining insights; it’s about gently shifting perspectives and finding small, doable ways to make change feel a little easier—at your own pace, when you're ready.
