About

I am a psychotherapist and have trained within the dialogue of the psychodynamic and person-centred theoretical orientations. The therapy I provide is insight-oriented and long-term.

The depths of your inner world, your unconscious motivations, your buried fantasies, when left unexplored, often hold you back from reaching your whole potential. I look at the unconscious repeating patterns of feelings, thoughts and behaviour, which are presently limiting your potential and engage in a collaborative, unique process of exploration with every client to relieve their psychological distress. I hope to empower and enable you to live authentically with yourself and others through this deep exploration of the self.
