She was also recently recognised on World Health Day, conducted by SCARF in Chennai, for her efforts in successfully helping a cine-celebrity to come out of depression and in leading her to a more fruitful life.

In the course of her extensive career, she has dealt with a wide range of Psychological issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, Bipolar disorder and personality disorders such as; Borderline Personality disorder, Schizo-affective Personality disorder, and others.
