About

I am a psychotherapist. My approach is trauma-focussed and I use social justice lens in my work as well. My stance is Quuer Affirmative and Intersectional Feminist. The main areas of my expertise include trauma, anxiety, depression, body image-related concerns, relationship issues, and concerns related to gender and sexual orientation identity. I see therapy as a journey that the client and I undertake together to help the client heal and recover. This journey is led by the client while I see the therapist to be a co-traveler in this journey helping the client build skills and provide different perspectives.
