About

I am a qualified practitioner who holds two Master's degrees in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Edinburgh. I have significant experience in working as a therapist both, in the UK and in India. I deeply believe in the power of providing a safe, compassionate space for individuals experiencing emotional vulnerabilities and distress. I work non-diagnostically and rather than provide guidance, I work in an insight-oriented manner. I am committed to the ethical standards of BACP and COSCA.
