About

Hi! I'm Tanvi Kaur! An RCI certified Clinical Psychologist and a UNESCO certified Expressive Arts Therapist, who believes that ' Art enables us to find and lose ourselves at the same time'. I am viewed by friends, family and colleagues as being full of life , zeal and extremely passionate. I'm a member of the California Hypnosis Institute USA , and I am also certified in CBT( Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
I am skilled in working with individuals/groups across all ages, with varied range of mental health issues and also conduct workshops/talks in schools on various relevant issues. My true interest lies in amalgamating the clinical approach with my training in Expressive & Creative Arts Therapies (fine arts, drama, dance, music and play) in the clinical setting which would not just provide a non-threatening space for my clients, of all age groups, but make the process of healing as light hearted as it can get.
